Elimu Core System provides a platform for marketing automation, lead management, and social media messaging integration (including but not limited to Meta/Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok). Our Services include tools for embedded signups, automated replies, and marketing analytics.

3. User Obligations and Conduct

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and the terms of service of third-party platforms (e.g., Meta's Business SDK Terms, TikTok's Developer Terms) connected through our platform.
• You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including spamming or harvesting data without consent.

4. Third-Party Services and Social Platforms

Our Service facilitates interaction with third-party platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You acknowledge that:

• Integration requires you to grant us permissions to access your accounts on these platforms.
• We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party platforms.
• Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Feexzy Limited. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Feexzy Limited, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
